How to request deletion of eligible Mantra Japa records.

This page explains how users can request deletion of purchase-related or support-related records.

How to request deletion

  1. Email aniketvnagapure@gmail.com with the subject line “Mantra Japa data deletion request”.
  2. Include any store or purchase details that can help identify the record, such as store name, receipt details, or the email address used in support communication.
  3. State whether your request covers only purchase-related records, only support email correspondence, or both.

What can be deleted

Eligible support emails and purchase-related customer records associated with RevenueCat can be deleted or anonymized where allowed.

Wellness-related session history, streaks, favorites, reminder settings, sankalpas, and other practice data stored locally on your device can be removed directly by you from the app’s Settings screen or by uninstalling the app, depending on your device behavior.

What remains on your device

Practice history, favorites, reminder preferences, and other app settings are stored locally on your device. You can remove those by using the app’s clear-data option or by uninstalling the app, depending on your device behavior.

Timing

The developer aims to respond to deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletions within 30 days.

Retention exceptions

Some purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or legal-compliance records may need to be retained for as long as required by law or by store and payment providers. When that happens, any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
